All box stalls are approximately 11 x 12 and are fully matted. Rubber mats outline the internal walls and flooring.

Each stall is provided with an assigned area for your tack box, feeding materials, etc., usually across from your stall.

All aisle ways in the stable areas are fully lined with rubber matting

The indoor arena contains a crushed stone/rubber additive surface, built-in irrigation system, and measures 60' x 100' in length. The ring is groomed and manicured on a regular basis and free of manure.

The outdoor arena measures 120' x 250' includes a sand base surface and a powerful lighting system to ride at night. This ring is also controlled by a watering system to keep the dust down all year long. It drains well after spring/summer downpours and is groomed on a regular basis.

Ceiling fans are installed in the stable area aisles and indoor wash rack.

Jumps are available to be used in both arenas and a dressage orientation can be set up accordingly.

There are two lighted wash racks, one indoor and one outdoor. Additionally, the indoor wash rack provides a deep sink with instant hot/warm water and a separate wash basin for buckets.

Much of the surrounding property is dedicated to turnout to include designated corrals and pastures. Mares and geldings are separated into multiple herds in order to keep them safe.

Corrals are utilized daily to regulate pasture wear/tear and are equipped with covered hay huts containing unlimited large round hay bales. The footing in all corrals consists of broken up asphalt and millings which eliminates your horse standing in mud.

Easy access to miles of bridle trails by riding off the property, no need to trailer your horse.

Pasture management consists of turnout to dedicated corrals for part of the day along with alternating each herd (4 herds) into 10 separate pastures.
